1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

2. Services Description

We provide time management consulting, training, and productivity tool integration. All services are delivered as described in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and use our services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services are as stated in the proposal or invoice. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including templates, guides, and software implementations, are our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your business internal purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement. We will not disclose your proprietary information without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from these terms or services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered up to termination date. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or illegal activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or site notice.
